DHA users must be on a recognized DHA network or use OpenAthens to register for an UpToDate account. Go to UpToDate and select the Registration button in the upper right corner. When filling out the registration form, be sure to use your .mil email (an UpToDate requirement). When logging into UpToDate, use your .mil email as your username and select the 'Sign in with Open Athens' button:

You will have to re-verify your access every 180 days. To re-verify, login to your UpToDate account while on a recognized DHA network, or login to OpenAthens, then login to your personal UpToDate account.
