It is important to have accurate information in the Global Address List (GAL), as this is one of the ways that we verify that you are at an military treatment facility (MTF) and/or a provider, and can access our content.

This is done via the RAPIDS ID Card Office Online (https://idco.dmdc.osd.mil/idco/), and you must be at a CAC enabled computer to update.

Once on the RAPIDS ID Card Office Online, look to the right column labelled "My Profile" and select "CONTINUE". Select the CAC login option, and login. A Self-Service Consent to Monitor page will open; read and select "OK". Select the CIV or MIL tab and update your information accordingly.
